B.U.F.U. is a blend of three of the Neipa with higher alcohol content from the MisterB brewery, Bubba, Bomboloni and the new Bilico. A new experimental enzyme is subsequently added to this blend in the secondary fermentation phase to amplify the aromatic extraction of the hops. Intense and rich in scents.
