Ingredienti: Acqua, Malto d’ORZO, FRUMENTO, luppolo, polpa di frutta (ananas, passion fruit, cocco).
It is first and foremost a Double NEIPA, and so far nothing extraordinary. However, it uses the "no boil" technique (it does not require boiling of the must, or in any case very mild boiling) and belongs to the category of Sour IPA, being acidified with Helveticus lactic acid bacteria. Finally, it is an IPA with the addition of fruit, since the recipe calls for the use of pineapple, passion fruit and coconut. As a side note, dry hopping is made with Idaho 7 hops.
